(1)Aaron George Furnell (2) Todd Sydney Furnell (Children, suing by their litigation friend, Tracy Ann Mock) (Claimants) and Jacqueline Flaherty (trading as Godstone Farm (Defendant) & (1) Health Protection Agency (2) Tandridge District Council (Third Parties). The High Court upheld a decision to strike out a claim by a petting farm owner, that an indemnity or contribution from the Health Protection Agency and local District Council was due in respect of claims brought following an E-Coli outbreak at the petting farm.
