Editorial: Completion of Credit Hire Book - Aidan Ellis, Temple Garden Chambers

21/11/12. Last weekend I put the finishing touches to the closing chapters of the new edition of Kevan and Ellis on Credit Hire. The finished book should be available online through this website shortly. On a personal level, updating my own copy has been an interesting experience. It combined the irritation of discovering past typing errors that somehow slipped through the proof reading net with the slightly pedantic pleasure of re-organising the material into what I hope is a clearer structure...
