If you’ve got any cases involving children, then heads-up for two new cases which have handed down in the last few days involving respectively the delegability of the duty of care and vicarious liability. The first case is the judgment of the Court of Appeal in Woodland (by her father and litigation friend Ian Woodland) v Essex County Council [2012] EWCA Civ 239 which was handed down on 9 March 2012.
